Arrival & Timing

Please arrive 5–10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for intake. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to honor the next guest’s time.

Consultation

Service times include a few minutes for consultation and undressing/redressing. This gentle transition allows space to discuss your massage plan, address any preferences or concerns, and ensure your experience feels personalized, comfortable, and attuned to your needs.

Age Requirement

At Sage Spa, we welcome young guests into the healing space with care, clarity, and respect. Massage therapy for minors is offered with thoughtful boundaries to ensure safety, comfort, and parental involvement.

A parent or legal guardian must assist in completing the Health History Form and provide written consent for each session.
Clients under 18 (unless legally emancipated) may receive a massage only with signed parental/guardian permission.
For guests 15 and under, a parent or guardian must remain present in the treatment room throughout the session.
For guests aged 16–17, sessions may take place in a separate room if both the client and parent/guardian feel comfortable. Otherwise, the parent/guardian should remain in the room.

Gratuity

Yes, gratuities are graciously accepted and always appreciated. While never expected, they are a meaningful way to acknowledge your therapist’s care and dedication. You’re welcome to offer gratuity in cash or through available digital options at checkout.

Cancellation

We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. A credit/debit card is taken at the time of booking to hold your space. In the event of a no-show or cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice, 50% of the service cost will be charged. We understand life can shift unexpectedly—please reach out if you're navigating something tender.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are available for purchase and never expire. They may be used toward any service or product offered at Sage Spa.

Discounts

We proudly offer a 10% discount for local residents and military members. Please note this discount does not apply to packages, specials, or retail products
