I am so deeply excited to bring Temple Tuesdays to life in collaboration with Sage Spa 🤍 This offering is close to my heart—born from years of devotion to embodied healing, nervous system regulation, and the kind of connection that actually changes us. This space exists because I believe—fiercely—in slowing down, in depth over surface, and in the medicine of presence and honest conversation. Even when I’ve been challenged, misunderstood, or tested, the call to create spaces like this has never left me. Temple Tuesdays is for those ready to go beneath the surface. To listen to the body.
